Cancellation policy

Subscription Orders

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select during checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order unless you choose a prepaid option.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Links to manage your subscription can be found in your order confirmation emails or customer account portal.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be available for pre-order before they are in stock or officially released.

When placing a pre-order, you may be charged either a partial deposit or the full amount at checkout. In some cases, your payment method may be securely stored and charged when the item becomes available and ships.

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. Once a pre-order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

re buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
